🎭 Short Drama Synopsis
The Hongwu Era (1368–1398) marks the founding of the Ming Dynasty by Emperor Hongwu (Zhu Yuanzhang), a former peasant-turned-rebel leader who overthrew the Mongol-led Yuan Dynasty. He established Nanjing as his capital, centralized power by abolishing the chancellor position, and implemented strict, agrarian-focused reforms while purging thousands of officials.
